Seawall in Biddeford Poole

Start of a new Seawall / Embankment Stabilization project for Goldthwaites Store in Biddeford Pool!!

We installed approximately 140 yards of large rocks and boulders at toe of slope. 36 yards of 4”-6” rip rap over FW700 fabric in front of large rocks. Clean fill compacted up the slope. 3D Geosynthetic Matt installed over fill to stabilize slope. Type C gravel at top of slope. Loam and erosion material mixed together to create a stable planting bed and for fast growing of plants and grass.

Landscapers and finishing touches still to come soon.

Cape Elizabeth New Pave and Drainage Pipe

Here’s a job we completed in Cape Elizabeth for a lady who needed a drainage pipe and catch basin installed along with a small section of driveway dug out and paved because chipmunks dug holes

Black Point Auto Large Parking Reconstruction

Here’s a large 30,000 sq, ft. parking lot we reconstructed in Scarborough for Black Point Auto where we ripped out the old parking lot completely regraded and set new elevations with out Rover GPS station and this lot did not have much pitch to get water off and we achieved it with no puddles!! Very happy customer!!

Scarborough School Bus Department Large Parking Lot

Here’s a 12000 sq. Ft. Parking lot we designed, constructed, paved, loamed edges and line striped for the City of Scarborough School Bus Department.

Ocean Front View Demolition Site

Here’s a larger job we are currently working on where we demolitioned part of the existing house and we had a company move the other portion to the side so we could excavate this part of the foundation hole to get concrete footings and 15’ tall concrete piers with rebar poured to set the current section onto.

Driveway in Scarborough, ME

This is a driveway in Scarborough we just finished 9/18/2025

Small Portland Parking Lot

This was a small parking lot in Portland Maine we built and added underdrain and paved.

Hills Beach Foundation

Foundation we took out from house demolition we did in Hills Beach Biddeford Maine.

Ocean State Job Lot

Removed over grown shrubs and bushes around sign and removed old retaining wall and installed a new gray block retaining wall.

Reclaim Driveway

Reclaim driveway we installed in Hollis Maine with some stone border.

Prep Pad with Concrete Blocks

This was a job we just did in Scarborough, Maine a prep for a pad with concrete blocks to set a shelter logic shed on and paved the inside for the future salt shed

U.S. Coast Guard

This was a job we did out at the United States Coast Guard in South Portland and we excavated and graded for a concrete slab 350’ long x 30’ wide with 16” haunches all the way around.

Trench for Coast Guard

This was a power trench we excavated for fire alarm conduits out to the United States Coast Guard in South Portland, we backfilled and paved this complete 450’ trench.

Trolley Museum

This is a job we did at the Trolley Museum located in Arundel Maine. Graded and paved a section of roadway over a set of new railroad tracks for the Trolly’s to move back and forth on.

New Asphalt

This was a building that was need of new asphalt to meet the existing garage doors seen in the pictures. We removed existing asphalt, installed 100 yards of crushed gravel to elevate next to the building to be able to drive into building. Then put down new 1/2” asphalt
