Driveway Pave and Grade
This new driveway project in Biddeford, Maine involved grading the site to establish proper drainage and a stable foundation before installing a fresh asphalt surface. The result is a smooth, durable driveway that enhances the property's appearance while providing long-lasting performance.
Commercial Building Parking Strip in Biddeford
This project involved the installation of a new 20-foot-wide by 185-foot-long asphalt driveway designed for both durability and proper drainage. To effectively manage stormwater runoff, we installed three gutter downspout connections and 6-inch drainage piping beneath the pavement to carry water away from the building. The finished driveway provides a smooth, long-lasting surface while helping protect the property from water-related issues.
Driveway in Wells Maine
This project in Wells, Maine included the installation of a new driveway and improvements to the surrounding landscape. We excavated and graded the area for the new driveway, installed a gravel base, added a cobblestone border, and paved the driveway with 3 inches of asphalt. In the backyard, we prepared the site for a new 12' x 12' patio, removed existing shrubs and planter areas, installed a cobblestone drip-edge border with decorative stone, and loamed the entire backyard in preparation for hydroseeding. The completed project provides a clean, durable, and attractive outdoor space that enhances both curb appeal and functionality.
Prouts Neck
This comprehensive property renovation in Prouts Neck, Scarborough, Maine included a complete landscape and site transformation. Our team removed all existing plantings, the old lawn, and a large ledge outcrop, repurposing the ledge stone to build a custom staircase leading to the backyard. We reconfigured the entire property layout, prepared the site for a new patio, installed approximately 6 inches of screened loam throughout the yard, completed the gravel base preparation for a new driveway, installed stone drip strips around the home's perimeter, constructed a new ocean-side rock wall, installed a lawn irrigation system, and hydroseeded the entire lawn. The finished project dramatically enhanced both the beauty and functionality of this coastal Maine property.
Ocean State Job Lot Drainage Stystem
For this Ocean State Job Lot project in Sanford, Maine, we removed and rebuilt several catch basins, rebricked the structures, reset and cemented the frames and grates, added new gravel, and completed the repair with fresh asphalt paving. The result is a strong, properly functioning drainage system and a seamless finished surface.
Seawall in Biddeford Poole
Start of a new Seawall / Embankment Stabilization project for Goldthwaites Store in Biddeford Pool!!
We installed approximately 140 yards of large rocks and boulders at toe of slope. 36 yards of 4”-6” rip rap over FW700 fabric in front of large rocks. Clean fill compacted up the slope. 3D Geosynthetic Matt installed over fill to stabilize slope. Type C gravel at top of slope. Loam and erosion material mixed together to create a stable planting bed and for fast growing of plants and grass.

Black Point Auto Large Parking Reconstruction
Here’s a large 30,000 sq, ft. parking lot we reconstructed in Scarborough for Black Point Auto where we ripped out the old parking lot completely regraded and set new elevations with out Rover GPS station and this lot did not have much pitch to get water off and we achieved it with no puddles!! Very happy customer!!
Ocean Front View Demolition Site
Here’s a larger job we are currently working on where we demolitioned part of the existing house and we had a company move the other portion to the side so we could excavate this part of the foundation hole to get concrete footings and 15’ tall concrete piers with rebar poured to set the current section onto.
